Best Ever Juicy Burgers

The secret to the juiciest ground beef and turkey burgers? Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise, of course. Get ready to be burger MVP.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup plain dry bread crumbs
  • 1 envelope Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Onion Soup Mix
  • 2 lbs. ground beef or ground turkey
  • 8 hamburger buns

Directions

  1. COMBINE Mayonnaise, bread crumbs and Soup Mix in bowl.
  2. MIX mayonnaise mixture into ground beef; shape into 8 patties. When forming hamburger patties, make a shallow indentation or dimple in the middle of each patty. This divot will keep the center from bulging up as it cooks so that the patty will stay flat and even. Even cooking and heat distribution will keep each patty juicy and consistent.
  3. GRILL or broil until done. Serve burgers on buns.

Other Notes

Slider Tip: Evenly divide ground beef mixture into 16 portions and form into small patties (approximately 2 oz. each). Cook as directed above and serve on slider size buns.

Barbeque Tip: For a delicious creamy barbecue sauce topping, combine 1/4 cup BBQ sauce with 1/2 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise. Spoon on juicy burgers and enjoy!

Tip: If using ground turkey, oil grill or broiler pan before cooking.
